WINDOWS           Powder coated aluminum windows, PUC with glazed sliding shutters and Mosquito Net.
ELECTRICAL        Concealed wiring with modular type switches with adequate points.
BACK UP POWER  Backup power for apartment, corridor areas, living room, pumps, lifts etc.
FLOORING Vitrifed flooring in apartment, autarkies ceramic designer tiles for bathrooms and granite flooring for common areas.
Walls

a)   All interior walls are plastered and painted with oil bound distemper.

b)   Exterior fascia of building is plastered and painted with a acrylic paint.

c)   Bathroom dado up to 7ft height.
PLUMBING
Astral CPVC pipes or Equivalent, Crabtree or Equivalent and Hindware or Equivalent Sanitary ware.
